Transparency has always been one of our core values. You may notice that the address listed in our email signatures currently appears to be a residential location. We understand that this may raise questions, and we appreciate the opportunity to explain openly and honestly.

We are a family-operated publishing and author support company. Rather than presenting an image that is not yet reflective of our current stage, we have chosen to be truthful with our authors and partners. While many businesses today simply rent a commercial mailing address or virtual office for a monthly fee, we believe that authenticity builds stronger, longer-lasting relationships. For that reason, the address we provide reflects our actual base of operations.

It is important to note that many legitimate businesses around the world operate from residential locations, especially in their early stages. In fact, a large number of respected companies and startups began exactly this way. Operating from a residential address is completely legal and common for small businesses, family enterprises, and growing startups.

What matters most is not the type of building behind the address, but the integrity of the work, the reliability of the service, and the commitment to the people we serve.

As we continue to grow, we are already taking steps toward our next phase. We are currently in the process of:

Securing a dedicated commercial office space in a rented facility

Completing our merchant payment infrastructure to further streamline transactions

Expanding the operational side of the company to support a larger community of authors

These developments are part of our ongoing commitment to building a stronger and more scalable organization.

Most importantly, the location of our mailing address does not affect the quality of service we provide. Our mission remains the same: to support authors, help bring their books to life, and guide them through every stage of their publishing journey.
